- "So we happened upon this place by chance. I understand it’s a franchise but I’m happy. V nice and welcoming decor and satisfying buzz of customers, as it’s busy. Just had the real hot chocolate from the machine with 2 heated churro like doughnuts. V satisfying for €7 for both! We will come again as we are staying just around the corner. Seems to have a huge variety of teas and sweet things. What’s not to like?! We came again and I’m not v impressed by the service, so have deducted a star. Lack of friendliness and some confusion of the coffee I ordered was met with some disdain and her speaking to her colleague in Spanish which unfortunately I couldn’t understand. They also don’t seem to provide bills/receipts. Service with a smile makes a huge difference to your experience."

- "Encargué una tarta de manzana para el día de San José, la recogí a las 12h del mismo día para que el hojaldre estuviera crujiente y sabroso pero resultó estar duro y como “ un chicle “. Tenía invitados y fue una decepción. He ido hoy al horno y lo he dicho pero no me han resuelto nada. Ese horno es muy comercial, quieren vender mucho y la base de sus productos no son de buena calidad."
